1) How are your items shipped?
All items are shipped in plain brown packages with our return address label and
your
address.
There is no indication of what type of products are inside the
packages.

2) How long does delivery take?
Depending on your location, delivery may take from one to ten days. We use the
most economical shipping methods, usually Canada Post or Purolator Courier.

3) Do you provide assistance in selecting the right products for me?
Absolutely! We understand how difficult it is to know which products would work
best
for your specific needs. We have trained staff on hand to assist you with this
decision
or to answer any questions you may have on any of the products.

4) Can you automatically ship products to me on a scheduled basis?
Absolutely! We can schedule an automatic shipment in whatever time frame works
best
for you, whether it is every two weeks or every month. There are no contracts
to sign
and you can cancel or delay your shipments whenever you would like.

5) Are your incontinence products latex free?
All our products are latex free unless specified.

6) What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or personal Cheques. Your order is shipped upon
receipt of payment.

7) I've ordered the wrong product or size, can I return my order?
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please contact us for a
'Return Authorization Number' and we will be happy to refund or exchange
your order. All items returned must be in the original packaging and in resale
condition. Please note, returns
will not be accepted without a 'Return
Authorization Number'.

8) How quickly are orders shipped out?
Most orders are processed between one and two business days.

9) Do you provide free samples?
Due to the large number of requests for samples we receive we are unable to
ship out samples at no charge. We can however, provide free samples of a
specific product for a
small shipping and handling fee of $5.99 within Canada
and $10.99 to the USA.
